Shipping policy

ANT AND LOUi aims to have your orders processed within 1-3 business days and shipping times (which are out of our control) are on top of this.

Shipping costs:

Australia - Parcel Post $10.95 & Express Post $14.45

New Zealand - Standard $19.15 & Express $34.15

USA & Canada - Standard $28.25 & Express $43.25

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and at times there may be shipping delays. If you want to receive your package within the quickest possible time frame then please select Express postage options at checkout. For further information regarding shipping times within Australia please visit https://auspost.com.au/.

For all orders $75 & over (excluding Gift Cards) we offer free Express Post shipping which is automatically applied at checkout. Only applicable to orders within Australia.
