Refund policy

ANT AND LOUi earrings are hand made and as such there may be slight imperfections that are not considered to be faults but go towards the uniqueness of the item. All items are individually photographed and listed for sale unless otherwise stated. 

For hygienic reasons we are unable to refund or exchange a pair of earrings for change of mind or any incorrect purchases once they have been shipped. 

If when your order arrives there is a fault or issue please email hello@antandloui.com with the following information:

* Order number

* Photo of faulty product; and

* Brief description of issue

As most earrings are one of a kind it may not be possible to replace them in the event they are found to be faulty. In consultation with the customer if the earrings are unable to be remade, they will be offered a credit towards another pair of earrings of their choice or a refund.
